Katie Hespelein, LLC is a non-insurance practice that does not accept insurance. I recognize how difficult that may be for clients. Through years of working in the field, insurance poses many complications to both providers and clients. It can limit services, determine who qualifies for services, deny payment or change expectations without notice. This was not a decision that was made lightly and I aim to be transparent in my reasoning. I truly believe that treatment should be a time of choice and empowerment. Insurance causes many barriers to the client having full autonomy over their care.

For those who wish, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement using out of network benefits.
