Sex Therapy

Sex therapy offers a non-judgmental space to explore, understand, and embrace your sexual self. Sexuality can be an essential part of who we are, impacting our relationships, sense of self, and overall well-being. Yet, in our culture, sex is often a difficult topic to address openly. I believe that bringing sexuality into the conversation allows us to see ourselves more wholly and to foster growth, healing, and satisfaction in many areas of our lives.

If you're interested in sex therapy but unsure if it’s the right fit for you, consider whether any of these statements resonate:

  • I want to explore my relationship with my body and discover what brings me pleasure.

  • I want to expand my comfort with my sexuality and be more at ease with who I am.

  • I want to understand what sex means to me and how I can connect more deeply with my partner(s).

  • I want to explore different aspects of myself and see how my sexuality fits into that journey.

  • I want to enjoy sex and feel empowered in my body.

  • I want to understand and explore ethical non-monogamy.

  • I want to move beyond feelings of shame related to sex and my body.

  • My partner(s) and I have different levels of desire, and I want to improve our communication and connection.

These are just a few of the topics that can be explored in sex therapy. Whether you’re facing specific challenges in your relationships, grappling with shame, or simply seeking a space to better understand your sexual self, I am here to support you. Together, we’ll create a space where you can talk openly, feel empowered, and work towards a healthy, satisfying relationship with your body and sexuality.
